A small, affluent beachfront borough north of Asbury Park known for large homes, private beach access, and a quiet residential atmosphere. Deal has a significant Orthodox Sephardic Jewish summer community and very little traditional boardwalk or nightlife development. The town feels intentionally secluded compared with the more commercial Shore destinations nearby.
